It is with great pleasure and pride that we congratulate you on the organization of the 3rd International Congress and the 15th National Congress of Orthotics and Prosthetics in Iran. This significant scientific event provides an exceptional opportunity for intellectuals, specialists, and researchers in the field of orthotics and prosthetics to come together, creating a platform for the exchange of experiences, knowledge, and ideas aimed at enhancing the scientific and practical standards of this vital discipline.

Orthotics and prosthetics play a crucial role in improving rehabilitation, health, and the quality of life for individuals with disabilities and physical injuries. Continuous advancements in this field have greatly increased hope for the improvement and empowerment of these individuals. Therefore, as members of this scientific community, we bear the responsibility to collaboratively examine these advancements and propose the best strategies for their implementation.
